Are you using a style your own to cope with the unknown? Do you know what you do or how you react to stuff that you learn that may be good or may be bad? When something good comes my way, I have a couple different reactions depending what the news is about. I could be all smiles for the rest of the day. I could hum a tune that comes into mind when I think of the news. I could get so enthralled that I may even get a little emotional, but that only happens with the biggest news ever. How do you react? Do you jump up and down? Do you react differently when in different settings? I mean, would you still jump up and down with good news if you were at work, opposed to being at home? If the news is bad, do you turn on the waterworks? IF I get bad news, I tend to think through it and ponder or wonder what possibly could go wrong next...I have been known to block others out when I get some bad news. I always take and share my news with someone close though, so that I can see their reaction and maybe see what kind of support they offer.
So regardless what kind of news you receive, trust enough in the people that you care about to let them in and share with them so that they can support whatever may come. We will always be on the lookout for the good news, and we tend to dread what may come as bad news....
(Just a thought that I have on mind right now)
