Was it right or wrong?

What do you do when you have nothing to do? Would you call up some friends and hang out at the local pool hall? Do you go to the bar and have a couple of cold ones? Would you go to the mall and just sit and people watch? Have you ever wanted to just stay home and read your books in peace? What do you do when you have nothing to do?

I like to do a number of things depending on whose around and what I feel like doing. Last night I went out and played pool with a new guy that I just met. Yes, I started conversing with him online, and yes I even admit that the guy is a divorcee. I just wanted to go out and have a good time with someone that wanted to go out too. I don't feel like I should have to hound someone to hang out with me, does that sound like something you want to do? Sure some of my friends say they want to hang out but I never know thier schedule so usually its easier to say yes to the people that are asking. Plus, we went to a public place so all is good. Well, maybe not all considering I know that he wants more than just a friendship out of the deal and after last night I know that I can't be more than friends with him, so I guess that happens.

Anyway, I guess I am kind of on the fence about the whole thing because it was in a public place and I was careful and I was just meeting him to see what happened. My friends though think that it was stupid and should not have even been an option to meet him. I guess I am sort of naive about things, but I don't see how it was a huge deal...

Ah, well... If anything just add another tally to the many mistakes that I make...
