Catching Up

Hey sorry I havent blogged for a while but my computer crashed and then work blocked these sites from all the computers so I couldn't even write on my break. It totally sucks and made things a little more difficult for me to keep you all up to date on my life. Anyway, here's the new stuff...

I came back from my trip to my brothers. We rode on a semi down there and then we came back home in my dad's truck. I don't like riding in a semi. Lots of rough shaking in the cab, no windows to see where you are going, and in that small space with the others for 12 hours. Next time I think I will follow in my own car. Not that it wasn't fun, heehee. I learned something new and will know that I am not fond of semis as a way to get places.

Okay well I went to visit my Grampa in Florida for his 80th birthday. It was my mom, dad, and me in my gramparents van. It was nice to sgo down since we stopped to sleep in a motel on the way. We got there and surprised my grampa because he wasn't expecting us, but man he was speechless. A big poart of the family made it for the celebration, so we had an okay time. While we were there, we played mini golf, visited the flea markets, walked around downtown Disney (no cost to go into that part) and just relaxed at the time share that my other set of gramparents let us use. So the trip went okay...

We got back Saturday around 1030 am, after driving all the way no stops. I drove 2am-5am and was getting droopy by the time I let dad back behind the wheel. WE got back and I texted C to go hang out. I am so happy that we hung out. I got to see her wedding dress and veil. SO PRETTY! She is waiting on her shoes but its going to be such a wonderful day for her.
It did remind me a bit of my soon to be non-wedding. We called off our engagement so no wedding but I will remember the time and date we picked so I need to do something that day or else be unreachable the entire day. Not sure which yet!!! I hope that I may be able to hang out with a friend or something and we can play this one song I have on my IPOD and toast my still-singleness!
