My update on my knee

Okay all,
I went to the final doctor's appointment and found out that physical therapy signed off on my treatments. That basically means that I just need to continue exercising my knee in my own time and I should be okay. We are not discussing surgery at this time, but that option is left open if I have a flare up or something like that. It would be a major surgery if i have to go in, not minor. Makes me think that I hope I don't have to go in. Today I have slight pain but I feel that it is manageable and so I am not wearing the brace that I was given for my bad days. I guess that's it for that topic and I can get back to life in general and where things stand and just a bunch of rambling...
