My poor knee

Well, I sure did it.
I was at work and I bent down, emptied the book drop, came up and something in my knee sounded like it popped or cracked. About five minutes later, I felt cold in my knee. Ten minutes later, I felt nauseaus and dizzy. I went to doctor after that and found it that it could be a number if things. I'm suppose to report back to him on Friday and let him know the outcome of the last few days, the bad news is that my knee still hurts. I don't get as dizzy though, so that has to be a positive, right? Anyway, that is it for now. I will write more when i have more.. I may be going back to the doc for some tests...
